「It's a small, very well run motel. The staff is very accommodating and the motel is perfectly located within walking distance of virtually anything you want from dinner to groceries. As a plus each room has a front and back bed room with a kitchenette in between. We are cyclists and stay there often when heading for a san juan island your. We've never been disappointed.」

「The night staff was so nice to us. We got in super late and we had to wake him up but he was so kind. We only stayed for 3 hours, just to rest before the ferry but he was so kind to us. It's a lovely hotel.」

「SUPER CLEAN ROOM! It was obvious someone has been reinvesting in this property. Fresh paint on the exterior and interior, new carpet, clean sheets! "Dads" around the corner was great for breakfast-so close to everything! Thank you for a very comfortable stay.」

「I like this property and have stayed here many times. It is my go to in Anacortes because rooms are large, quiet, and well heated in the winter. However it is aging and the breakfast really isn’t there. Breakfast has gone downhill steadily especially after Covid. They could do a lot immediately by upping the breakfast game. However it’s also time to start room renovations like new mattresses and linens.」

「It was pretty quiet even though our room was right next to the elevator. The neighborhood feels safe, nice, and clean. It’s conveniently close to grocery stores and restaurants, and not too far from the state park. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast—two of the containers were empty with nothing much to eat, and no one came to refill them. So we went out for breakfast nearby. 」
