The breakfast menu could use some work for those who are gluten free, the standard fare was very bland and not very healthy pretty weak for a breakfast with limited options, we skipped it and fixed items in our room

Pros: Grounds were beautiful. Mattress was super comfortable. In bedroom hot tub was great. About 8 min from shopping. Check in was easy and staff was great. Cons (no specific order): no hair conditioner, towel rack kept falling off the wall, hot tub was small-ish if two people wanted to enjoy at once, no air conditioning, heat didn’t turn on, couldn’t find a switch for patio light, and entire room smelled musty, likely due to people using the hottub without the vent on. The most disappointing part was the AI summary said people loved the breakfast but it was lackluster. Hard boiled eggs were made fresh so those were good but options then only included bread, English muffins, waffle, Cheerios, Frosted Flakes, vanilla yogurt, and coffee. Overall, the value of the hot tub and view were worth it and bed was so comfy, so I’d stay again if that’s what I was looking for. Quick plug, you must go eat at Nonna Luisa. Poppa is a hoot!

Everything thing here was perfect the size of the room the friendliness of the staff the cleanliness and the location were perfect. One suggestion if you’re booking ask for a room on the upper level for a better view of the water. I would definitely recommend this place.

This was a very quaint hotel with a camp like feel to it. We really enjoyed the friendly deer, the view of the ferry and water, the front desk clerk was friendly, and the breakfast was yummy. I did wish that the outdoor fireplace was going and that the lobby and front desk was opened in the morning when we were getting ready to check out. We would love to come back and stay again.

The rooms were almost like separate little cabins! It was very peaceful here, and the proximity to the ferry terminal is fantastic. The breakfast was continental, so not a huge selection, but it was plentiful. The price makes this stay very reasonable.

Great location, staff was friendly and helpful. Love the proximity to the ferry and the deer walking on the property was a nice treat. I was on bottom floor and I could hear every step above me, walls are thin. Bed was comfy and room was everything I needed. the water pressure in the shower is a bit slow and the tub doesn’t drain well. The hotel is a bit dated but it was a good stay overall. I would stay again!

Nice place to stay; probably should've stayed another night, but had to catch the ferry to San Juan Island. Breakfast was okay, room probably would've been better if we had utilized the kitchen. We had some confusion about how parking was supposed to work between rooms.

The person working the evening I checked in was less than courteous on the phone. Very short with me and cut me off several times. This interactions thong was brought up when I checked out the following morning and the hostess was kind and gracious in her receiving of my message.

The location was nice and quiet, the king bed was excellent, the bathroom was excellent, but the kitchenette was poor - e.g. very limited kitchen equipment - no hot water kettle and no pot suitable to boil some water for tea. The knives were so dull as to be useless. No wine glasses, very limited dishware.

The property is lovely, very quaint. Great location with a beautiful view of the Bay , you can see the deers, lots of birds as well. Great staff also. Would definitely recommend.
