「The resort was really beautiful, very clean and quiet. Our room was very large and clean. We had a wonderful stay. The rooftop lounge area was beautiful as well. Food choices were great! 」

「This hotel exceeded my expectations! The staff was amazing and greeted us each time we walked in the doors. While not necessary it did give us the opportunity to ask for extra towels etc without feeling like a burden. The hotel was very clean and the pool was fabulous! We will be back, nothing better if your visiting birch bay. BB hotels aren’t this nice. 」

It’s amazing how pet-friendly this hotel was- never seen anything like it before! And everyone interacts with the fur-guests, too!
