This was my fourth or fifth stay at Four Points Sheraton, and I have yet to be disappointed. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, from the front desk to the maid service to the breakfast servers. Bonus is the on-site restaurant! Also, the beds and pillows are 5 stars!

We only stayed one night. The staff was friendly and the room clean. We are at the hotel restaurant and our server was friendly and the food good. I will stay there the next time we are in Bellingham.

Clean, all across the board; lobby, restaurant, pool area. Room was across from pool, appreciated the noise level was not outrageous. Restaurant had great menu, excellent food and great service. Front desk staff was helpful and welcoming.

Hotel was everything you need: clean, comfortable, conveniently located. Staff were all lovely, welcoming and helpful. The bar/restaurant had a great outdoor seating area with open fires and comfy chairs to chill out in the evening. We didn't use the swimming pool but it looked good.

Excellent decor, lighting and ambiance in lobby. Excellent food both in breakfast area and restaurant. Excellent staff throughout. Room was spacious, nicely furnished and well lit. Pool area in central courtyard REALLY needs work. Cement floor is very visibly worn, plants are sparse and a little anemic, pool itself needs updating, all of which results in a large focal point space that is uninviting. Then there is the powerful odor of chlorine that wafts into your nose the minute you enter the area, yuk! Decor in the restaurant needs updating, ugly color scheme, harsh lighting, needs to be softened.

Everything was clean and nice. It was surprisingly quiet considering the location. Bed was comfortable, however the pillows were pretty flat. Great location convenient to everything. Overall we were happy with our experience.
