「On arrival the staff were very friendly. They suggested a change of room assignment given that the Spurs were playing at home and the Riverwalk might get noisy, so we were switched to a pool view room. The room was excellent. 「The Monarch is a beautiful building and experience. The staff in particular Bethany at the desk, and apologies if I misremembered this, Armando the bellman were so welcoming and helpful during our stay. The attached restaurants set a new standard in my mind for hotel restaurants, Dinner and breakfast both at Aleteo were culinary highlights of our trip. They need a pet relief area that is not across the street. The hotel is walking distance to the riverwalk and everything! The staff is so helpful! I lived the stay!」

「We had a very enjoyable two day stay at Hillside. At check-in I was greeted warmly and it was a breeze. I was given information on the restaurant, bar and check out time at the end of my stay. Clear directions were given to our room. This property has several buildings with eight rooms in each. Our room included a small balcony with chairs and was shaded by large live oak trees.
