「This hotel was beautiful and convenient to everything. The staff was very helpful and we appreciated the extra care taken to keep guests comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast selection. This will be our choice for every visit. Just plain excellent!!」

「We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In...

「This is a brand new property and overall it was very nice but when we got to our room to check it out before bringing our luggage in, housekeeping had left a soiled towel in the bed under the mattress cover. The mattress cover was soiled and when I touched it I felt a lump. When I pulled back the mattress cover it I found the soiled towel. They moved us to another room with no more issues. Overall it was a nice stay with nice breakfast options」

「The hotel was in a great location to meet my needs and offered a great breakfast. I liked the fact that it was next to a walking trail, as well as stores and restaurants. However, when I checked in I was told by Jonathan that my parking fee would be waived due to a mixed up and the fact that I signed up as a rewards member. However, I was charged for parking!」
