「Very friendly staff and a comfortable environment.」

「Great location near UCT, clean modern comfortable rooms, very helpful staff, nice shower, nice breakfast. Only two very minor complaints: the internet in my room was unreliable (though better in my friend’s room), and I wished there were conditioner besides shampoo. Otherwise, perfect!」

「A great no-frills option in Cape Town. You will be at the UCT campus. Rooms are small but have everything you need. Note that there are units with shared bathroom.」

「This is a very pleasant and friendly spot. The hosts are very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. The accommodations are comfortable and the location very convenient. Several nice restaurants and coffee spots are within walking distance (we felt very safe walking around) and both the Newlands Forest (with some nice walks) and the Kirstenbosch Botanical Garden are quite close by.」

「very good very nice」

「Our favorite hotel in Cape Town. The breakfast is the best I've ever had at a hotel--and I've traveled a lot! The staff is unbelievably kind and helpful. We always feel so at home here. Love it!」

「酒店可以見到桌山，附近碼頭景色漂亮，步行去V&A wharf shopping mall非常方便。」

「It was all fabulous and the staff in particular were extremely helpful and friendly」

「Basically staying in SA safety is a concern, i had a very bad experience in my last visit of SA in the other hotel. City lodge is quite good about this, the employee is good. One complaint is the view, i didn't get the mountain view this time.」

「The room was excellent and the staff is world class. The customer service here is exceptional and world standard. Everyone is friendly. Wonderful experience. Words are not enough, you just have to experience it.」

「Westin standard. All good. Not walking distance to other place. But shuttle service to Water front is fine. Need uber to other places.」
