「All was great」

「We really missed having a coffee maker in the room. And breakfast was okay. If there is any way to get ALL hotels and motels to use a decent grade of facial tissues and toilet paper it would be awesome. The Interstate rest areas use a better grade in most cases. This is a very European feeling lodging, which is good if what you want is a great bed, good climate control in the rooms, and a gym.」

「This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.」

「The room was clean , bed was comfy. Nice bathroom and shower. We did not use the pool but it appeared nice and well kept. Hot tub was under construction on our visit this time. Staff was helpful and available. Did not have breakfast so I can not comment. Only had coffee and it was good. Surrounding area very nice with restaurants and stores close by. Will stay again when in the area.」

「The staff was rude and no help. The pool and hot tube was nasty. Couldnt even have breakfast because the waffle mix was really thin and runny and didnt turn out and staff didnt even try to fix it so had to spend more money to go out for breakfast. The rooms werent cleaned very good because we found stuff that wasnt even ours in the room. Didnt have any shampoo or conditioner in the room to start with. 」

「We stayed for one night and had a good overall experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the kids absolutely loved the pool. Everything met our expectations, and we would consider staying again.」
