「I ordered champagne and strawberries to be in our room. When we got there it was not.. other then that stay was fine.. Drinks at the bar were expensive! $50 for 2 shots and 2 beers. 」

「The first lady I encountered at check in was very nice and helpful but the man who was the desk at checkout was not very nice and actually pretty rude. He did not even acknowledge I was standing there and acted like I was bothering him. I would not have expected such service at such a nice establishment. Very disappointed. Put a damper on a nice time we had in Tennesse. 」

「We were seeing an event at the pinnacle and the convince of how close we were. It said a 4 minute walk but it really wasn’t even that long. The staff was wonderful the room was clean and up to date. The view was incredible from the room. Will definitely be staying here again. 」
