「Very clean room. Greeted with a smile with a late check in. Could use an elevator to get to the 2nd floor with the luggage, and a ice make working onour floor. Besides those tiny inconveniences the place was clean, safe, and breakfast was great. Thank you to the staff.」

「Very convenient location by the river with boat and kayak rentals, plus a bar/restaurant on site. The apartment is new and was super clean.」

「Mark was an incredible host. He made me feel so welcome - like we had been friends for years! He was always available if needed, but not intrusive. I loved how quiet the house was and I enjoyed meeting and feeding all of his kitties. We even found a rabbit exploring the neighborhood - hopefully he found his way to safety. The home is very old Florida style, so it may not suit some fancy travelers but for anyone on a budget who wants to feel like they are at a friend's house - this is your spot.」

「When I arrived found out elevator was out of order. I have bad knees so I was worried. But the clerk was able to get me a room on 2nd floor instead of the 3rd floor. Also, when I started up the clerk came and carried my large bag up to the 2nd. It was very thoughtful. The room was clean & fridge worked. Ok beds. Not very good breakfast. It is near a lot of stores & restaurants. I was there to go to a graduation so it was good for that kind of stay」

「Accommodation's were very good. The difficulty was that there were boat races and redirected traffic, so accessing parking was challenging. It would help if that information - where exactly to park - was available before arrival.」

「It's a nice boutique guesthouse with personality. We stayed in apartment 5, it was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with linen, towels and toiletries. No complains with the kitchen. Excellent location, few steps from the beach. Safe and easy parking. The attention from the staff was outstanding. The AC made some weird noises, but we got used to them. I’d recommend it if you look for comfort, safety, and cleanliness without demanding luxury. 」
