"This resort was fantastic from the moment we arrived, until we left. Our butler was extremely attentive and went out of his way to leave surprises for our girls all week. Our room was amazing, pools and property had tons to offer, food was great! I would have loved to see better coffee shops/menus and options for this - the only real coffee shop was located at White Sands, and staying at Kantenah was quite the hike. The entertainment was also 10/10, we attended every evening. We booked our airport transfer with Canada Transfers and flew in and out of Tulum airport, which I’d highly recommend over Cancun airport. We’ve never returned to a resort in our previous travel, however my husband and I both agreed we would return to this one in a heart beat! Tip : research the resort and the amenities ahead of time - as this is three resorts together (Kantenah, Colonial & Whitesands) there’s a lot to see - we didn’t find the Family Selection beach and pool until day 4 of our stay and which we had found it sooner. Also; would recommend a swim out if travelling with kids! Also, there’s a definite jungle vibe, and lots of animals/lizards around all the time ! ( monkeys, coatis, mini capybaras) "
