「Beautiful house with great design in really great neighborhood. For us it was okay but the stairs were very steep so keep that in mind. The bathroom is outside so not sure how comfortable this is in the winter. But it was a nicely designed bathroom and the foot bath is a great feature after a long day of walking. 」

We also love how close it is to shopping, nishiki market, karaoke, all the fun stuff!! The space itself is huge and the onsen is just the cherry on top after a LOOONG day of walking/exploring. It’s < 20 mins away from Kyoto station as well.」

「Clean rooms, towel service with water bottle everyday, property was quiet and well maintained. Lacking closet/dresser/hanger space. No dryer, just washer, but was provided a fan and hanging rack for drying. Loved the soaking tub!」
