Checkin process was very long and my key didn’t work - they forgot our door was malfunctioning and I received a physical key after two trips up and down. No cleaning service, they leave all supplies by the elevator. Clean, close to many attractions, front staff friendly and knowledgeable. Pretty far from subway station if you have to bring a lot of luggage (recommend taking a Grab/taxi).

Very walkable to main streets and train stations. I loved all the extra amenities. The room was new and spotless. Best toilet yet! I would highly recommend this property. High value for the money you pay.

"I liked the fact that they were changing the towels everyday and you would leave the garbadge out with the staff picking it up, without entering the room. I liked the "shoes off" policy too. The breakfast was good, but I went there 3 times and they never changedor rotated"
