I personally witnessed a woman verbally abusing her at that front desk. Another guest and this woman handled that situation with utmost respect and restraint. 「This is a gem of a motel in a perfect location for beach access (or to nearby Kingston, Wakefield etc.). It was immaculate and so well maintained with a friendly staff. The room was lovely, there was plenty of hot water, I was so grateful for in room coffee and mini fridge and the 6:30 AM coffee in the office! My only minor piece of feedback is that there are only bagels for breakfast so maybe a few yogurts or other options would be amazing but this was a wonderful place to stay while I was...

「The location is fantastic, just steps from the beach. Our room was basic but quite large and very clean with A sink, mini fridge, lots of drawers and closet space, bathroom with a shower. Nothing fancy but a great value at this beautiful location. there are stairs to climb, no elevator. The balcony is shared with other rooms but there is plenty of space and you have your own picnic table and chairs. Easy to walk to cafes and a few small shops.」

「The room was nice, But no blackout shades very bright at night, the mini fridge was super loud and froze everything we had in it, The Hair dryer was broken but they supplied us with another one and the bed was too soft and uncomfortable, It had excellent parking and it was convenient for the hiking we were doing in the area.」
