「Very modern and closed to UVA! The room was very comfortable and neat!」

「This was my first time staying at a Kimpton property and I was really impressed! We loved everything about it. The bath products you provided were amazing, the robes were super comfortable, the pillows and the bed were extremely comfortable. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious! And, the grounds and arboretum were gorgeous! Thank you for a wonderful experience!」

「I really like this inn, very clean and quiet 」

「Great location, minutes walk distance to UVA and several restaurants. Very nice hotel owner and her dog. Cozy room and comfortable king bed. Excellent homemade breakfast. We’ll come back! Strong recommend to others. 」

「Our room was fine for one night. Breakfast was ok, but their was only one coffee machine working, and that one kept needing to be fixed. Additionally, the new $5.00 per night parking fee is ridiculous. This will keep me from staying at any Holiday Inn.」

「We are very grateful for the stay and for all the kind treatment and the beautiful place.」

「Love this place, will return. Love the firepit lawns and the fact that there is wood for sale on site.」

「We have three people and the room had only one chair. We asked for additional chairs. The staff did not want to provide any.」

「The room needed some maintenance. The paneling on the wall was peeling, the toilet didn’t flush properly, and the paint needed to be touched up. The staff were phenomenal though!」
