「Perfectly fine hotel but great staff! We were spending the night in River Falls for a concert and picked this hotel because it was very close to the venue. The hotel itself was exactly what we expected it to be, but I have to mention the great staff. The lady who checked us in was super friendly. 「Building and rooms are old and it shows. Furniture and finishings are pretty best up, especially in the bathrooms. Bed was clean and comfortable. The rest of the room was cleaned just OK. Front desk staff and valet very friendly and helpful. The parking ramp was full so I had to park a few blocks away in the city ramp which was free but inconvenient. Security guard at the pool was going around telling people kids weren’t allowed to jump in the pool. 」
