I had a great experience here; the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from the jump, making the check-in process quick and painless, exactly what you need after a long flight. It’s a breezy 10-minute Uber from the airport. Entry is secured, and while self-parking comes with a fee, having it right in front of the hotel is a huge convenience win. Foodwise, they serve a solid breakfast in the morning to get you fueled up. While the dining area furniture is starting to show its age and could use a little love, the food itself was good and the service remained top-notch."

"Good hotel in a great area. 5 minute walk to the beach and lots of shopping and restaurants close by. "

"The place was nice and the staff was friendly. The pool area needs some help. The tiles are loose and somebody can get hurt. The cushion for the chair's needs to be cleaned. Also microwaves needs to be on site. If not in the rooms at least in the lobby area. My room was clean and I was happy about that."

"Check in was quick and easy. The hard part was finding the hotel. There is NO signage for the hotel anywhere on the airport property. You need to pay for parking then walk into the terminal and find the hotel Registration desk. What a pain!"

"Good location if you’re looking for a place to stay if you’re going on a cruise the next day. Accommodations are modern. You should have knowledge how to use Apple technology because everything in your room is run off an iPad. Staff is available but you’re expected to check in/out on your own. Shower and toilet in one space so dry off well in the shower before you get out or follow after your husband with towels so no one slips in the room … that’s how tight the floor space is. Lol. Will come here again for sure if we cruise out of Miami. "

"I enjoyed my stay. The staff was nice they answered any of my questions or concerns. The property is due for some updates but its clean and sufficient for the price. Its near everything but far enough where you dont hear all the noise. Definitely would stay again."
