「Everything was clean and the pool was great. No beach here but short drive to multiple beaches. Very quiet place.」

「The service is very poor, and the whole building is closed! The air conditioner is very cold! If you are not allowed to transfer, you will be fined 250 dollars. This fine and that fine are simply stealing money. Cheap is cheap, but there are too many other expenses.」

「Eggs and ham with toast was served every single day. The hot was barely warm but the Hacienda was amazing and we enjoyed our stay. 」

「El hotel es bellísimo, cómodo, los cuartos de primera, alberca limpia y cuentan con estacionamiento. Pueden mejorar en atención, sólo el gerente y la chica del restaurante estuvieron atentos. No hubo servicio de desayuno en el restaurante aunque se supone que abren diario, por lo que tuvimos que salir. El wifo muy malo, hay muchas redes pero sólo la de los cuartos tenía más o menos un poco de conexión. Las demás redes nunca sirvieron.」

「La piscina estaba impecable, el cuarto olía a recién limpiado y las sábanas estaban en perfectas condiciones. El personal fue sumamente amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudarme con cualquier duda. 「Three rooms. Requested 1st floor rooms. Room 1 room had toilet and shower faucets running water. Room was changed to 2nd floor. Room was clean, but in the morning we found a dead roach. Room 2: Smelled very bad, bed was made but dirty, small lizard and dead insects. Front desk admitted room was not used in a while Room was changed to 2 floor, was clean. Room 3: Clean but tv didn't work. This hotel has wonderful public areas but urgently needs a rehab. The reception and rooms also need...
