「Nice room, good hotel, will recommend」

「We left a personal item in the room after check out. The staff was very helpful and keep it for us. It’s very very professional and made me feel safe when I stay here. I will come back next time in Queenstown. 5 stars」

「A fantastic stay at the hotel. All staff members are great. The bus to and from the airport is just nearby. Around 10-minute walking distance to the town centre and the Skyline Gondola. Will definitely stay again if we visit Queenstown in the future.」

「Some signage to find the reception might be nice, the signs on the two main buildings are confusing when you arrive and the reception is around the back up the stairs and then down stars again… many people standing g in the rain outside looking for it when I arrived」

「The hotel is in a great location right by the lake, offering beautiful views」

「The heating is not warm enough 」

「All so amazing, such a wonderful , new , high end apartment which I ever been to. Highly recommended it! 」

「Good location, clean and cozy place.」
