There were unidentified insects on the bed, resulting in varying degrees of insect bites on both myself and a minor traveling with me, accompanied by widespread redness and swelling. I have requested a full refund through the third-party booking agency.
Mosquito bites caused me to have an allergic reaction and experience pain all over my body. Please help me and my family apply for a full refund.
It's unfair and arbitrary to insist there haven't been similar incidents before. No one knows what residual bacteria or insects my previous guests left in the room, or near the mattress and pillows. From my first afternoon nap after checking in, I started experiencing bites in different locations on my skin, including my ankles and arms, and it worsened over time. I took pictures at different times and on different days. It's clear that the redness and swelling at the bite sites increased, and the affected area expanded. I strongly suggest that your company, as a third party, negotiate with the hotel to clean the relevant parts of the room and agree to a full refund for our very unpleasant stay. The hotel's various excuses and justifications should not be used to harm the interests of your loyal customers, especially the protection of minors and women. It's worth noting that this wasn't mentioned before, but if possible, I also suggest that the hotel management repair the hot and cold water system in the shower room, because the water from the showerhead broken.
