Morgan in the front office made our stay amazing!! She upgraded our room to one with a spectacular, 180 degree view of Lake Wakatipu. She answered all my questions about where to eat, where to walk and how to manage all things Queenstown. The room was super clean, well appointed, a short walk to the city center and very spacious. If we make it back to Queenstown from the U.S., we will stay at the Alexis!

The lake view was pretty awesome to wake up to every morning. The staff makes the bed daily and that was it for our multi day stay. It is conveniently located near to the town centre. Was about a short 15mins walk. Parking was free which made it even better with the parking situation in Queenstown.

I arrived after the reception was closed, but clear instructions were left where to find the room & how to complete the check in. The room was warm, well lit and clean on arrival. Very comfortable stay.

Location is on the hill overlooking the lake - we had a perfect room on the end with fantastic views. About a km into town so walkable and the motel has parking so this was all around a fantastic location and I'd go back again for sure.

以這個價格住這邊算是不錯的飯店，唯一的缺點就是市區走路遠了一點，而且途中都遇到斜坡其他沒有任何問題，窗戶外面就可以看到湖景很漂亮,

This motel is wonderful. It is modern, well appointed and each room has great views of the lake and mountains. It's probably not within easy walking distance of the town centre biut ust a few blocks away.

ホテルからの景色は最高で、初見から感動しました。 室内もとても清潔に保たれており安心して過ごす事が出来ました。 IHキッチンや電子レンジの操作方法が分からず難儀しました。取説などがあると助かります。

Location is picturesque with magnificent views, close to town and easily accessible from all directions. It is built on several levels on a site situated on a steep hill so luggage has to be carried up or down stairs to some units from reception &/or the car park - not a problem for many but perhaps a consideration for some. My wife & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly book again when in Queenstown.
