「The view up and down the Maroochy River is beautiful. Improvements could be made to the apartment including replacing the furniture especially the couch as the arm is loose, and the tatty cushions; the thin floor rugs which are stained; blinds are needed in the sunny lounge area; there is no door between the bedroom and ensuite; no mattress protector; there was a musty smell throughout and the apartment did not ‘smell’ clean nor was it sparkling. The kitchen is well equipped but tea towels too...
