「Lovely large room. Tea and coffee facilities in room. Generously refilled daily. Very friendly and helpful staff, made us feel welcome. Bar and air conditioned restaurant serving good homemade food. Good portion sizes too. Bus stop outside. Only 15 mins into Bridgenorth which is lovely too.」

「We were shocked at the condition of the property as we had been led to believe--by reviews that must have been 20 years old--that it was well-maintained and supported. There were no amenities (the rooms had a poor quality shower and cracked furnishing), no staff available except during bar and restaurant times, only two parking spaces on the property, and no lift (narrow stairs as well). The "continental breakfast" consisted of tea or coffee you made yourself, corn flakes or granola, and orange...

「Nice hotel just needs ripped wallpaper replaced ,hallways looked shabby.Room just ok, no wardrobe just a hook on a very squeaky bathroom door.Wasnt told our room key also unlocked main front door so was locked out for 10 minutes at 11.45pm.Staff nice & breakfast very tasty .Gardens also nice」

「Lovely hotel nice rooms and really comfy beds. Breakfast was really tasty plenty of choice and really tasty. Evening meal was disappointing the lasagne overcooked and dry, the hunters chicken had been kept warm for so long the bbq sauce was congealed we waited an hour for our food to arrive. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again but would find somewhere else for our evening meal」

「Parking can be a problem if arriving later in the evening. Follow instructions given by owners. Breakfast is great staff friendly and helpful. Keep entry instructions handy as had a little trouble finding codes. Rooms 7 and 8 are not where you'd think !」
