Staff/Customer Service was excellent, as was the dining quality. Just a short walk up the hill to the High Town centre where there are an abundance of quality shops, bars and restaurants. The Severn Valley Railway is also on the doorstep of the Hotel

Great value for money

We had a suite which was spacious and comfortable but a little tired. We were above the kitchen and it was a little too warm. The mattress was very comfortable and I slept well. The breakfast was very good.
