"Staff went over and above to make us feel welcome. The huge bath in the room was such a great feature too. The only downside wss the taxi they booked us only accepted cash, no one told us this and so we had to run around the airport trying to find a currency exchange and nearly missed our flight. Otherwise, our stay was perfect. "

"This is a mid-range, no-frills hotel that does the bare minimum. It is relatively clean and very quiet owning to its location. I like that we didn’t have to squeeze our way out of a crowded MRT station as compared to, say, the Taipei Main Station. The room we had was spacious and came with a bathtub. There is a DIY laundry room at level 8. Where washing and drying your laundry takes 50TWD each. Which is very affordable. The breakfast spread is similar throughout our stay. The only difference is...

"Nice property in good location, easy for transportation and good shopping area around. The breakfast (extra) and the gym should be improved... the roof top pool is nice, but is at open air, when it rains not easy to use. "

"This is an excellent hotel for the price, right on top of the train station, 5 minutes walk to the tube and 10 mins walk to a small night market which you can enjoy local food and massage. Not far from central Taipei so either getting an uber or on the tube are both convenient. Highly recommend."
