「We loved our stay since the moment we arrived, the hotel is absolutely beautiful and such a great design. The staff, especially Kat and Steph were amazing and welcoming us like old friends. 「Radhoo was incredible!!! Honestly from the service, the rooms, the food, the staff's willingness to help, the convenience... this place was simply AMAZING. 10000/10 recommend. It's a romantic cozy get away for couples. The only complaint, as others have said, is lighting at night but that was a common problem in the Tulum area. It's not dramatic but more so for the girls who want to do their makeup in the room haha. Honestly this place and their sister resorts are incredible. We will be back!」
