Nueva Vida was the perfect place for our family. The room was cleaned immaculately every day by the nicest woman, the beach was just a few barefoot steps away, and the lounge chairs were very comfortable on the beach. This hotel didn’t have a party scene like the others, so we were able to sleep normal hours with a 5 year old. The internet was super fast and allowed us to get work done while lounging on the beach. If you enjoy quiet time or want some space with your family in a beachside hotel, this is the perfect place and I can’t wait to return.

The place is right on the beach and the pool is lovely and so relaxing. The hotel is just far enough from all the noise, but a 5 minute walk to all the action near Rosa Negra. The staff bends over backwards to help you with whatever you need. We stayed in the Sueño Caribeño suite and it has a nice view of the ocean from both the room and the outside balcony. Grande chambre confortable équipée avec un coffre-fort.Manque 1 ou 2 pose-bagages et une 2ème chaise. Réceptionniste franchement désagréable à notre arrivée.Il ne savait pas faire fonctionner son appareil pour les cartes bancaires et il a été désagréable.Heureusement un collègue lui a montré le fonctionnement mais aucune excuse pour autant.Donc gros stress inutile à notre arrivée… Salle de bains correcte.Il manque un sèche-cheveux et une boîte de mouchoirs en papier. Belle plage avec peu d’algues mais beaucoup de vagues quand nous étions là et peu de matelas disponibles. Petit déjeuner minimaliste.Les options pour un petit-déjeuner complet sont payantes. Bref,rapport qualité/prix moyen.

This resort is situated directly on the beach and has a very tropical vibe to it which is nice. The stuff were amazing whenever we needed anything they provided right away. For example we asked a gentleman from the staff where we can get some fresh coconut juice, he told us there is no need to look for it anymore because he is going to go get some from one of their palm trees, so we went and lied down on the beach and after a few minutes he brought us to coconuts freshly cut with straws and that was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend this place!

Un hotel sencillo pero perfecto para una escapada. El desayuno estaba muy rico y completo. El staff, tanto del hotel como de los restaurantes, fueron súper amables. Regresaría sin pensarlo.

This place was just perfect for us. Great view of the ocean and pool. Nice breeze at night. Lovely grounds and walking every morning on the beach. Our favorite place for breakfast was at El Zebra next door. We snorkeled and dove at nearby Akumal. Great trip.

It was very nice. And quiet. I love nature and the turtles were seen almost very night right outside. And they had a nice pool to relax while looking at the ocean. Thy even served lunch and drinks in the afternoons by the pool. Very zen

My friends and i booked this place for one of my friends 50th birthday. I payed extra for the AC services . The first night was extremely hot. The beach was full of seaweed. Early morning, we voiced our concerns to the front desk and the only thing he could say is that if we're not happy he can give us early check out but we will have to go through expedia to get a refund for the next 5 days. Unfortunately, we were forced to book another place. They refused to give us documentation that we checked out early.
