「Nice accommodation to stay in Playa Del Carmen. Very easy to communicate with the staff, who were very quick to respond via Whatsapp. Only thing to note is that the pool is in a different building (only 4 blocks away), which I wasn't aware of when booking. Additionally, the rooms lack external windows, resulting in no natural sunlight. It wasn't an issue for me. I would recommend this if you're looking for accommodation in Playa del Carmen that offers value for money. 」

「Super tranquila nuestra estancia, muy segura y controlado el acceso, limpieza, instalaciones y equipamiento de la cocina suficiente para que prepares comida. La zona de alberca muy agradable y cuenta con elevador. Se encuentra relativamente 3 supermercados y estás a 2 calles del centro donde hay varios negocios de comida, telefonía, ropa, lavanderías. No tiene estacionamiento pero dejas el auto frente a los apartamentos, sin problema de espacio.」

「Great service. Place clean but needs a deep clean. Microwave need to be situated somewhere else. Safe needs to be fixed. Rug has to go. No need in a warm place like Playa. 「Warning! Don’t book this place. My reservation got cancelled on the day I was scheduled to check in. The listing states that I will get instructions by email 48 hours before check in. I didn’t get any email and I got anxious when I didn’t get any instructions. I noticed the contact number provided was INVALID. The number was listed us 55555, a fake number. This host obviously doesn’t want anyone to call him/her for information/confirmation/questions. In the afternoon of the day, I got a message...

「Very beautiful condo, had everything you needed for a great stay, located on quiet street 1 block from the end of 5th ave with tons of amazing food options right outside your door. Roof top pool was beautiful with nice loungers up top. Had hot water! Communication was great with hosts. Would definitely stay here again. They offered complimentary cleaning service once during the stay but we didn’t feel the need to use! 」
