「The staff were very friendly and helpful. The resort had every ammentity avaialble that you could possible think of. The daily breakfast was delicious. The resort is very convenient to IGA if you chose to cook for yourself 」

「I liked the property. I wish they'd make eating accommodations for guest arriving between 4-6pm. Also guest services personnel could use some training on being more helpful when asked questions they dont know how to answer. Other than that it was a good trip.」

「Windsong is a beautiful, clean and calming boutique hotel with an amazing snorkeling reef just outside your door. What makes it amazing are the people who work there. They could not be more accommodating and welcoming. This includes the front office staff, butlers, beach attendants, food staff and cleaning staff. Just fine people. Mike」

「We had a wonderful 4 night stay at the Shore Club. This resort was elegant and relaxing with breath taking views. The staff was amazing and very helpful with even small requests. Our room was private and luxurious and very quiet. The grounds were extremely well done with multiple scenic pools and a hot tub on the beach. The free buffet breakfast in the courtyard was excellent and a great way to start the day. We travel alot and this was one of the most well run hotels I've seen in a long time....

We loved going to Shay…the hotel is very well located, the beach is just 5 minutes away across the hotel, the beach chairs facing the beautiful ocean and towels were very convenient you don’t need a car everything is walking distance. 「This is our 2nd stay at Ocean Club West and its a wonderful place to stay. Direct acess to beautiful Grave Bay Beach, centrally located and very convenient. My only two recommendations for the property would be to keep the pool open later, 9 pm is entirely too early. 11 or 12 pm would be much better! Our stay last year it was olen later and it was one of the main reasons we came back, the pool is beautiful! The restaurant on site is convenient but leaves a little to be desired. Staff is...

「Hi, We stayed at The Tides for a long weekend in May 2024. The room was super clean, the amenities were great, allowed us to mix restaurants and home food. The supermarket is about 15 mins walk from The Tides, and you also have the option to use the onsite bicycles for free. Turks and Caicos weather was awesome, people are nice, patient, and we personally need to thank Brenda for all her help, she was super nice and made us feel home. Will definitely go back to Turks, and stay at The Tides...
