"Nice hotel"

"The hotel was very nice and clean. We stayed two nights and loved that our dog friendly room was near an exit and had a sliding glass door to let her out as well as unload the car. Fabulous! The breakfast was decent. Fun to walk through the halls of the hotel and see the placards with the famous people who slept there in the past with the movie posters accompanying the signage. The hotel is close to many of the great attractions in Canon City. "

"The owner was very friendly & welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. The fridge & microwave were a bonus. The Continental breakfast had great variety. Across the road from the train station for those doing the Royal Gorge train trip - we did. Close to excellent restaurants. Five Star!"

"This is a no frills hotel and very budget friendly. The hotel and room was extremely clean. The management was superb! David was very hospitable and helpful. We have stayed at other hotels in the area but this is our new “go-to” for sure! "
