「This was such a great place to go and great price. The room was so clean, bathroom clean and the bed clean. The bed was great and sheets very clean, didn't have to ask for new sheets at all. 「The property was not well maintained and needs some work. The unit itself was dirty with previous guest hair all over the unit. The furniture was also dirty to the point I had to clean the room myself. Immediately after check -in there was a presence of water all over the bathroom floor due to an overflow that had not been addressed before check -in. I was highly disappointed in my stay and would not return.」

「My first stay was insanely good, a week later when I came back for my second, a completely different story, unprepared, no parking despite being told there was, told to run around a hotel at 2am getting a pas from from of their other apartments lockboxes, only to find a party going on and the pass missing, rude, had to chase for over a week to get the night of parking I had to pay for refunded and then it was a argument. Shame, first stay was great, second stay ruined it.」

「This property was very misleadingly listed. It appeared as though we were booking a room through the hotel, but it’s actually a privately owned rental located inside the hotel and is completely separate from the hotel’s operations. That should have been made much clearer before booking. The unit itself was disappointing. The bathroom was dirty upon arrival, the refrigerator didn’t work properly, and neither did the cable/TV. The overall setup was strange, and the parking and check-in/check-out...

" ⸻ The hotel facilities are clean and comfortable. The lobby provides hot tea, iced water, and coffee throughout the day, which is a nice touch. The room was clean and well maintained, and the double-bed room actually has two large beds, which is more than sufficient for a family stay. However, the check-in process was poorly organized, which significantly affected our experience. We arrived at 11:00 a.m. and understood that check-in starts at 3:00 p.m., so we registered in advance and left our phone number after being told we would receive a call when the room was ready. We returned to the hotel around 2:00 p.m. and waited until 3:00 p.m., but no one contacted us. The check-in line kept getting longer, and only after asking did we find out that we had to line up again from the beginning. As a result, we didn’t receive our room key until around 4:00 p.m. Ironically, guests who arrived at 3:00 p.m. were checked in earlier than we were, even though we had registered at 11:00 a.m. This indicates poor front desk management. A simple number-based system—issuing numbers based on arrival time and calling them starting at 3:00 p.m.—would easily solve this issue. Unfortunately, such a small operational problem greatly worsened the overall check-in experience."
