「the whole hotel was poorly run , the building itself is very poorly maintained and in desperate need of a complete refurbishment , the one and only lift is so slow it was quicker to walk from fith floor to the ground floor . the one good thing was the help yourself all you can eat breakfast , the lady who checked me in was very good and i was checked in within minutes . overall a very disapointing stay and will not use again」

「We stayed at The Fleece for a couple of nights. Our welcome as a pleasant professional one, despite the bar and restaurant being busy. Our room and the linen was very clean, and although quite warm, there was a fan provided that did the trick. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was good, and the breakfast, which was included, was delicious. Lovely beer garden/ courtyard to enjoy a relaxing beer. 「Lovely hotel. Stayed here 2 nights in their cheapest classic twin room. Room and bathroom newly refurbished and very nice. Great beds, very clean and we really enjoyed breakfast. We ate dinner too and it was great. Staff is lovely and helpful and there’s plenty of space to sit outside with a coffee on the terrace or round the back in their large garden. Would definitely stay again.」
