"Beautiful hotel, lobby, pictures on the walls of various arches throughout the area. Wonderful breakfast area and breakfast. Nice pool. Room was very nice. Staff was wonderful. There are a couple of roof pictures with a view and they are from actually one suite on the top floor and not a public area. There is a public area with a bit of a view of the ocean as well, but it's not as nice as that room's balcony. Would definitely stay there again."

"Our family had a wonderful time at Boavista Golf & Spa. We stayed in a self-catering unit that was modern, spacious, and very clean, providing all the room and flexibility we needed. While we enjoyed cooking our own meals, we also ordered food from Le Bistro a few times during our stay. The meals were consistently great and well-prepared. We made good use of the gym and spa, both of which feature excellent facilities with something for everyone. Just be sure to book your sessions in advance by calling ahead. The location is great but given the nature of Lagos and the rest of the Algarve, it is best to have a car. We had a rented car which made the holiday much more convenient and enjoyable. Between the location and top-tier amenities, Boavista delivered the perfect flexible family vacation in Lagos. We look forward to returning!"

"I knew beforehand that the building was literally attached to an abandon building however, it is so close to the beach and the lighthouse walking trail that I decided to book anyways and I am glad I did. We had no problems with any unwanted guest from the abandoned building next-door. That was our concern that we would run into people living there. It was very safe. We were even walking around well after midnight with no problem. The property itself is in great condition and it was very convenient to have a room with all the amenities that we were looking for the man at the check-in was very helpful ."

"We most enjoyed these aspects of NH Algarve Lagos resort: easy and vlose access to the pool (we were in block C) and pool bar/food, the complimentary breakfast, restaurant options, and the beach shuttle. We much appreciated the beach loungers and sunshade already on the beach for us for just $12/day. We also enjoyed the beach NH restaurant. The tiles and decor of the hotel are beautiful. Carpeted hallways could use a refresh. Great location near bus stop, train station, and Lagos Marina. We loved that!"

"Our seaside stay in the Algarve was absolutely breathtaking, made perfect by a flawless balance of luxury and warm hospitality. The property itself is stunning. Upgrading to a higher end room was worth every penny. Our private balcony offered jaw dropping, panoramic views of the coastal cliffs, stretching all the way to the distant point of Sagres before the shoreline turns north. The hotel location was convenient for exploring the region. It served as a perfect base for easy day drives to hike the spectacular Seven Hanging Valleys trail, explore the series of small beaches with hidden caves along the Ponta da Piedade, and taking guided kayak tours through Benagil’s caves. It was also a brief uber trip to the walled city of Lagos and its selection of bars and restaurants. The on site amenities were equally impressive. The beautiful grounds feature a pristine pool area. A major bonus was having free use of the sauna and steam room after an active day, without purchasing additional spa treatments. Additionally, each morning kicked off with an excellent, included breakfast from the deck overlooking the sea and sandstone cliffs. Between the cliff top vistas, convenient location, and top tier amenities, this hotel offers an unmatched Algarve getaway."
