Good property, but be aware that expectations of a "Resort" should be tempered. It's a close walk to the beach. While there are alot of positives, they openly note that they don't provide typical services or amenities of a full service resort, or hote. Small things like charging for in-room coffee beyond the 2 capsules provided at check in, public areas not cleaned of obvious debris over three days of our stay, no TV in bedroom, no explanation of the property layout or facilitiles,use of a physical key for the safe are all examples of items not be expected. Most are not significant, but do distract from what otherwise would be a fantastic property. There are some great features such as ability to use the property facilities day of checkout, an in-room laundry machine (with no way to decipher how to operate it or instructions), a water therapy area included (but without any ventalation so stiffling in summer with the humidity and heat)...
Aside from some minor investments, many of the items could be easily corrected by staff training, improved communication with the guest and engagement, and overall if you are aware of these elements and expect them, it's great property overall.. just not the level of service, attention to detail, or best approach in many cases for a full service resort and very much the management's view (confirmed through staff comments) that they are running an apartement rental property vs a full service hotel is reflecflected in their approach.
