I had booked a private room with private bathroom as I was staying there a couple nights so cannot speak for the shared rooms. Included breakfast which was very appreciated. "Excellent location (pubs, shops, restaurant, museums), facilities (I washed and dried all of my holiday clothes the night before I went home), local transportation. Only downside is that there's a karaoke bar at a weekend 5 doors away until 2am :("
