It was a good place to stay. It was very easy to park and the rooms were clean. I checked in much later than expected and the host left the keys for me in a box which I found difficult to open. I didn’t see any staff during my stay, but everything was clean and tidy.

Basic bed for a night.

Safe location with easy parking and some nice cafes and a fine bodega nearby. Communication was fast and friendly. Room was clean but pillows were hard and uncomfortable and the kitchen area had an off smell making it unpleasant to use for meals.

NO HOT WATER.... due to the fact that the hot water is only heated with a solar panel, therefore no sun = no hotwater. During off season months, the owner should provide suitable accomodations that include hot water. Three day reservation with cold showers, and no hot water to clean dishes after our meals.

The property was not like it was shown in pictures, communication with the owner was an issue. The room and bathroom were small. Overall it was not worth it the money we paid for the rent. Had to leave after first night.

The TV in the room was very small and image was bad including the TV control. There was no reception desk. Never knew where the office for the Charming Villas was. Everything was done by phone.This was very disappointing.😯

Room smells like MOULD!!! Maybe it‘s the badly overpainted washroom wall….even with open window 24/7 the stink didn‘t disappear…. In addition, you hear EVERYTHING in this house like other people talking, doors, showers, alarm clocks….. Never again….!

Regular similar problem: Other quest attempting to open my room. I placed an object on my door to make loud noise at night when attempts are made. Happened 5x after 11am with drunk men. Last night there were over 11 men behind my room shouting, dancing, using the pool, till 2:30 am. I could not sleep like similar other nights, Water coming into the room regularly, etc. The Cleaners did their best. I need partial refund or compensation for the inconveniences.

The check in process was unclear, no instructions were given to us. Luckily there were guest on the first floor apartment telling us to text the number on WhatsApp. There were no instructions given by the property prior us arriving. We do not have cell phone plan aboard so we couldn’t call the overseas number. The property should give guest instructions posted. Expedia should flag this hotel as not enough instructions provided. It is an inconvenience for us and made us worry about not able to check in to the property. Those without internet or cell phone would be difficult to check in to this property

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Ordnung, allerdings wenig komfortabel und schön. Betten sehr unbequem und zu schmal wenn man zu zweit drin schläft. Kaum Ablageflächen sowohl im Schlaf- als auch im Badezimmer. Badezimmer sehr klein und Duschtüre lässt sich nicht richtig schließen. Allgemein besteht meiner Meinung nach viel Renovierungsbedarf in den Zimmern. Ein Ganzkörperspiegel wäre schön. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, man hört echt alles! Im Garten wären Liegen schön um sich auch mal sonnen zu können, und nicht nur die kleinen Stühle. Küche könnte sauberer sein. Alles in einem in Ordnung aber wir werden nicht wieder kommen. Für einen Paarurlaub zu zweit wenn man auch etwas Privatsphäre möchte nicht zu empfehlen. Besitzer unfreundlich.

Struttura un po’ datata, arredamento da migliorare e cambiare, letto e cuscini non molto comodi, bagno da sistemare assolutamente!! Struttura per nulla insonorizzata, per fortuna abbiamo avuto vicini di camera tranquilli ma sappiate che si sente il minimo rumore. Se prenotate la camera doppia sappiate che avete la CUCINA IN COMUNE con altre camere (3 in totale). Lato positivo la vista fuori dalla porta finestra che da su un piccolo giardino, il parcheggio davanti alla struttura e la zona comoda. LA JACUZZI NON FUNZIONA!! Acqua fredda, sporca e non vanno i pulsanti, è lì solo di bellezza, inutilizzabile. Purtroppo non è come pensavamo…

The villa was as stated, clean & comfortable, good location. One group of residents though were very loud, unsociable hours & were mostly inconsiderate. This was also the view of other residents staying at that time.

I wouldn't name this property "charming"!

Good location, big room and an ok basic kitchen. But jacuzzi wasn't heated (so couldn't use it unfortunately) bathroom needs a real clean up and it was sooo cold in the room and we weren't provided with a heater sadly. Even though we asked kindly... Also, the kitchen and hallway smells awful, it's like an old greasy odour that hits you as soon as you enter the building! Not nice!

Cuando reservé, pensaba que había un apartamento y una habitación doble pero, hay un apartamento arriba (teníamos 4 personas) y 3 habitaciones dobles abajo por lo que en el chalet te juntas con 10 personas, en mi caso eso no me gusta y quita privacidad a las zonas comunes. Nuestra habitación tenía acceso al jardín por lo que tuvimos que cerrarla toda la estancia para que no nos viera nadie y tener intimidad además de oír cada susurro de las personas que estaban en ella. El jacuzzi estaba sucio y el baño tampoco me pareció muy limpio. La habitación es muy grande y la cocina tiene lo justo para sobrevivir. Está cerca en coche de las playas porque andando son mínimo 20-25 mins que eso ya cada uno lo valora. Lo único amable, la persona que nos hizo el check in.
