Had a lovely stay at Âncora Park. Pool area is calm and tranquil with many chairs/beds available. Staff was good and able to answer all our questions and even recommended a great cream for sun burns that has helped a lot. Great spot!

This was the relaxing portion of our whirlwind vacation, and it was perfect! Lovely hotel in a beautiful residential area away from the crowds, but still just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The staff were friendly and engaging, and made us feel very welcome. Loved our bungalow with 2 beautiful patios, although we found the mattress firmer than we like. We spent an entire day enjoying the pools and loungers, and Happy hour with half priced drinks was a bonus. The buffet breakfast offered a huge variety, and we appreciated the good assortment of vegetables and fruit. Highly recommend.

Absolute perfection – Sparkling clean with an incredible homemade amazing breakfast! I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The entire place was sparkling clean and truly immaculate from top to bottom—you could literally see everything shining. The room itself was fantastic, extremely clean, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming throughout my stay, making us feel completely at home. The absolute highlight, however, was the breakfast! It was beyond top-notch—so many incredible homemade items that were clearly made with love and care. The breakfast spread exceeded expectations. If you are looking for an amazingly clean hotel with wonderful service and a legendary homemade breakfast, this place is an absolute must-stay!

Great, clean hotel in Lagos. The rooms and balcony overlooking the pool are spacious. Quite a bit far from the main old town Lagos (10 min drive or 30 min walk). There are a few dining options within 15 min walk, a small grocery store 10 min walk and Praia Dona Ana is 15 min walk, as well as the trail start for Ponte de Piedade. The pool was very well maintained and the onsite restaurant / pizza take away was delicious.

We had a great stay at Ancora Park! Close enough walk to town and the scenic coast. Great parking right out front of our vila. The pool was very nice, but seemed a bit ‘sleepy’. Could use some background music or the like. Albeit, I think this may be customary for Europeans. We are Canadian. We did not try the restaurant on site, but in town we had great meals.
