"The place didn't have the elevators so we had to ask to the staff to lift our luggages. the room was okay and the hottle lobby's little store provided some snacks, so we were able to buy some stuff in the midnight. although the street i saw through the window looked dangerous. the major problem occured at the last minuate. at the last day, we left some shopping bags to the counter due to our schedule and received the storage tickets. when we were about to leave to the airport, we handed over all the tickets and departed with our shopping bags. however after arriving at the airport, we realized two bags were missing and i had to return to the hotel by cab again. it was almost a nightmare. most of the staffs were kind, but hope they could double check :( I had to pay additional 50 dollars for the cab. i really wanted to point this out and request some compensation when i came back to the hotel, but i was running out of time at that moment :("

"Coco Key Resort was perfect for our stay in Orlando. We loved that they had a waterpark and arcade for the kids and free shuttle service to universal as well. The staff was kind and attentive and the buffet breakfast was good. We were initially given one of the unrenovated rooms since we arrived late and I’m assuming that’s all they had available. However, when I messaged them the next morning about the option of moving to a renovated room they immediately reached out and offered us one. We will definitely come back. "

"Room was not clean property was not clean, houskeppers keeps knocking on our door multiple times even if the sign do not disturb was on the eye level of the door. Room was having strong smell of weed when we first walk in. Receptionist was on a personal phone call while checking us in. In person staff was friendly as well. About an hour wait for staffs to help guess over guest service counter. "

"Nice rooms and great location. Java, coffee cafe in the Swan, had friendly staff and quick service. We enjoyed staying at this hotel. $40/night for parking was a little too expensive. "

"All the pools are great the outside areas are really cool the rooms are outdated, so it's hard to keep such old stuff really clean. But I will say the beds were clean and comfortable "
