「If you move in and find a lot of bugs, I have a good method to get rid of them without having to do it by hand. You can catch the bugs in the trash can and flush them down the toilet. But it's difficult to flush the bug corpses out of the room's toilet.」

「Check in to no working elevators or hot tub. Then the desk gave us a key to an occupied room to which we walked in on the people. The guy at the desk then proceeds to ask me if I am sure it was occupied when I told him. The stair wells had sawdust on every step. 」
