The person who checked us in didn't provided any information of the hotel, he referred us to another person who told us that we were obligated to sit on a 90 minutes time share talk which we didn't agreed on point. 「They consider themselves as luxury but they are really not. There were mice droppings ALL OVER the outside of the room in the hallways. Mice droppings in the staircase corners. They have an infestation!!! Also everything is made pretty cheap (furniture, decor, etc). The staff was overwhelmed with the occupancy the week we were there. Would not come back. Hector at the pool and beach was great!! And the lady that did the margarita class was awesome!」

「Work was great. The drinks were fine. Good burger was good. The kids had a good time. One complaint is the stores prices or merchandise is outrageous. $80 for a stuffed animal is a crazy ask for. They would make so much more money if they charged $20-$30 I would’ve bought four or five of those things.」

We did stay in the privilege section and although did not use the beach area or quite pool we still feel everything else included was worth it. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...
