「Fantastic stay and the staff were super accommodating with our emails prior to check-in. We ended up being delayed 6+ hours and only made it to the hotel after the concierge had left so the night staff checked us in. Didn’t really receive any info, at that point but we stopped in after breakfast at the reception desk and was given a run down. 「We had a fantastic stay. The room we stayed in was spacious with all the amenities needed and had the necessary air con when temperatures were excessively high. The breakfast was excellent and set is up for the day. There were complimentary snacks, pastries, fruit, tea and coffee available throughout the day. 「Small and a bit old hotel but have good location by the side of river Arno. Just few minutes walk to Ufizzi museum. We stayed there 6 nights and got upgraded to Suite apartment. Nice breakfast. Everything is so far so good but housekeeping is a bit undersatisfaction. Room is not cleaned well and things are not put tidy.」
