「This hotel was absolutely amazing, location was close to all the major attractions in the city but very quiet and peaceful in the evening at the end of the day. The room that we were allocated was bright, clean well finished with quirky furniture and fittings. Breakfast every morning was a complete joy from the buffet bar selection to the homemade baking. 「The location is great, just near the old bridge, and quiet. There is a good restaurant just around the corner. No breakfast but we can cook in the kitchen and the room is big with 2 bedrooms and a living room, and upstairs space with 2 single beds...perfect.」
「Lovely, lovely place. Location is 100% perfect for solo women traveler. Beds are hard but when a mattress topper is put on, they are very comfortable. The only downside is that rugs and upholstery need replaced as they are worn out, and faded. But it was immaculately clean and a robe, slippers and mini refrigerator are supplied. All staff were incredibly accommodating. I hated to leave but want to return someday, and I plan to stay there again.」

"The location is very good. All luxury shops are located near the hotel.
But the windows are not well soundproofed. Music from the restaurant near the hotel was so loud. You have to wait until 00:30 before the music stop then you can sleep.
The hotel female staff's attitude towards guests is rather cold
Besides from these, this hotel is the best choice when you travel in Firenze."
