Alberto who greeted us was very welcoming. This little hotel is so charming with beautiful decorations and style. The rooms are roomier than a typical Italian hotel. The shower was wonderful. We stayed during a heat wave and the AC was a little weak but otherwise it was extremely comfortable and we would return. The location is perfect. They also offered some vegan and gf options. Thank you to the wonderful staff. The uniqueness of this hotel makes a trip to Florence ideal.

We absolutely loved our 3-night stay at Oltrarno Splendid - a true hidden Gem in the best location - with cool shopping vibes and on the quieter side of the river! We loved the neighborhood feel and soaring ceilings for an authentice Florence stay with all the modern ammenities. Beautiful breakfast included and exceptionally friendly, helpful staff - shout-outs to Davide & Barbara!

Conveniently located in the cool Oltrarno neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants, bars etc. while the B&B is a little haven that feels very safe and quiet. The rooms and hotel throughout have been designed with a lot of care featuring different kinds of art and other nice details, making it feel very homely. The staff have been extremely welcoming and helpful, too. Would definitely come back here!

Amazing hotel staff! Very kind and helpful. Great location. The hotel can coordinate a taxi for you immediately. We had the pleasure of having our room upgraded upon arrival. Complimentary breakfast in the morning. There is a lift to get into the hotel. The lower floor of the hotel has a luggage lift for convenience. The room comes with a stocked mini fridge with drinks that can be purchased. Would definitely stay again!

This place is truly a hidden gem in Florence! It was one of the most beautiful rooms I have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and even surprised my sister and me with a bottle of red wine. We stayed in a room featuring one of the property’s original paintings on the wall, which made the experience feel incredibly special and unique. The room was absolutely stunning, complete with a beautiful chandelier and a bathtub in the center. I truly felt like Marie Antoinette! I would absolutely come back and stay here again the next time I’m in Florence. Such a beautiful and unforgettable experience!

Este hotel es simplemente ESPECTACULAR. Puedes sentir a Florencia desde la entrada y en todos sus detalles de decoración. Este es el segundo hotel que visito de esta cadena hotelera en Florencia (ya había estado en AdAstra y también fue espectacular) y decidí que cada que regrese a Florencia me hospedaré con ellos. La atención de Davide es grandiosa. Es lo mejor de lo mejor.

Everything about our stay at the hotel was excellent beginning with the courteous and extremely nice staff, especially Alberto and Laura. The room we stayed in was clean, spacious and had a great shower and bathroom facilities. It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel and if we ever return to Firenze we will stay here again. I recommend highly staying this hotel.

We had a wonderful experience at the Oltrarno Splendid. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great, and there was always fruit and goodies to munch on in the afternoon/evening. The entry to the building was very cool - felt like another era, and the decoration of the hotel is very interesting. Our rooms was very nice and spacious and we had a free bottle of Chianti, which was awesome.
