「We only stayed one night, but it was great. The room is huge and the hosts went out of their way to be helpful. We wished we could have stayed longer and if we are in Florence again, we would definitely stay here again. 」

「Fantastic stay and the staff were super accommodating with our emails prior to check-in. We ended up being delayed 6+ hours and only made it to the hotel after the concierge had left so the night staff checked us in. Didn’t really receive any info, at that point but we stopped in after breakfast at the reception desk and was given a run down. Sad that our stay was so short, will stay again if given the opportunity to come back!」

「We had a fantastic stay. The room we stayed in was spacious with all the amenities needed and had the necessary air con when temperatures were excessively high. 「Small and a bit old hotel but have good location by the side of river Arno. Just few minutes walk to Ufizzi museum. We stayed there 6 nights and got upgraded to Suite apartment. Nice breakfast. Everything is so far so good but housekeeping is a bit undersatisfaction. Room is not cleaned well and things are not put tidy.」

「Everywhere was walkable around and easy to get to places! Location was extremely great! No need for taxi/ uber.
