「The room was very clean and the accommodation was very comfortable. There were various restaurants across the street and the parking space was very large.」

「My rooms ac wasn’t working at all when I got to my room. Went down to ask them to fix it and they said maintenance would be there right away. A hour and a half later I went down again because no one showed up, and they said the lady forgot to put the repair ticket in it. The manager at the front desk was also very rude to me. 「The hot tub rule is not fair 18y!?!? It should be 8y and above. And you should make the pool deeper or add another one. At last 6f in the deep end the water area was not very enjoyable. 「The front door blinds were broken...you could see directly into the bedroom from the porch, The front window lock was broken, not secure. No chair or table in the room. No microwave or hotplate in the room. Had to mess with the bath tub faucet to get hot water...about 10 minutes to finally get hot water. Outside Christmas lights came on at 9 pm and lit the whole room up like noonday. I had to unplug them the second night outside. The people next door were going to submit a complaint as well....
