「If they send you a 10 digit number and a blanked out email, the 10 digit number is the contact phone number and it is not the one on the website. There is an issue with emails and Expedia I guess so they will text you that as it isn't the one on the website. The service seems to operate only from 9am-5pm EST so calls outside of those hours may go unanswered. Otherwise, they were quick and prompt to resolve any issues, cottage was clean, beds were comfy, blankets were very warm, bathroom is tiny...

「When we first arrived at check in they had us in a wrong room style for what we paid for on Expedia but they quickly fixed that up for us. 「New IHG property in Conway NH was wonderful. Front desk Jordan is a gem! We stayed with our dog and the room was perfect i.e. not near a stairwell or elevator so traffic was minimal. Very clean room and public areas. Can't say enough good things about this hotel.」
