「Great guest house—very clean and well maintained. The location is super convenient and close to everything, which made getting around really easy. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay.」

「Central air conditioning. A little stuffy and too noisy if we opened the window. The reception was friendly and communication was very perfect and timely. Unfortunately our last night was disrupted by a powercut due to the construction work that was being carried out outside of the building. 」

「at first, overwhelmed by the greetings from all the staffs in the lobby, too friendly or overwhelmed is subjective. what really threw us off was that as a five star hotel that emphasized on services, charging for bottled water was just ridiculous. this was the first five star hotel where we were charged for bottled water. besides, the brand they offered was the same as a FOUR STAR hotel nearby, and they gave out the water nonstop and fully complimentary!! DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE PRICE. 」

「Great location but basic service and plain breakfast」

「We had a great time, very comfortable smalls department. Comfortable and spacious for two but could accommodate two couples. In a busy neighbourhood good restaurants surround the area but it is also in the heart of the design district. Shoping and city life is what you're after this is a good spot to stay. Five minute walk to the subway that connects to the main train station.」

「Great neighborhood. Location and lack of signage not good. Rooms are in a office/apartment building not a hotel. Photography are great. Room decor basic but nice. However to get charged 21 euros for breakfast at a Cafe bar a couple of blocks away…inconvenient especially for early morning travelers. They should just not offer it as an amenity. Same for the airport shuttle service which was quoted at nearly double the uber/taxi.」

「Excellent location and spacious for 4 people. Large bathroom and towels and linens were soft. 」

「One of the best hotels I’ve stayed, and I said this even with my wife’s high standard. The service and cleanliness were impeccable. There isn’t a car park but the hotel concierge was willing to help us carry our luggage from nearby carpark. We liked even the vintage elevator that came with the hotel. 」
