「Amazing location for shopping and site seeing! Hotel was clean, modern and had excellent service. Felt very safe and was a comfortable size for our 7-day stay. The kitchenette came in handy as we were able to reheat some leftovers after a long day out. We highly recommend this location!」

「Everything was very crazy around this apartment due to the Winter Olympics in Milano and the street closures. The customer service rep stayed on the phone with me to ensure we were able to enter the building, get the key and enter the apartment. He was kind, patient and helpful. I am very grateful that he stayed on the phone with me the entire time until we were safely in the apartment. There isn’t a car park but the hotel concierge was willing to help us carry our luggage from nearby carpark. We liked even the vintage elevator that came with the hotel. 」
