「The rooms was very clean. The staff was wonderful is in walking distance of everything very quiet, relaxing. We just loved it.」

「Check in was very easy. Andrea was very kind helpful and knowledgeable. Parking was 5 min walk. Location was fantastic. We were able to do laundry and use the kitchen for some refreshments. Air con was very good and needed during the heat wave. Bed was comfortable and shower was exceptionally. Definitely will stay again. Highly recommend. Can’t say enough about Andrea he is a 10 out of 10. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.」

「Not at 10. 9 at best Not the cleanest place. No coffee maker just a plastic kettle. No tea. No complimentary water bottle. No AC either. A fan. Location was great. Communication was email only. No WhatsApp. Run by an independent service so no personal interaction. Most properties have a custodian or someone to talk to /ask questions. Nothing! I'm a solo traveler so direct Communication is HUGE for me. Not even a city map. I would give this property a better rating if the Communication was...

「Amazing stay! The location is amazingg and it is so fairly priced you can forget about getting a better deal anywhere else. You’re right in the middle of everything while still enjoying a cozy and comfortable stay. 「at first, overwhelmed by the greetings from all the staffs in the lobby, too friendly or overwhelmed is subjective. what really threw us off was that as a five star hotel that emphasized on services, charging for bottled water was just ridiculous. this was the first five star hotel where we were charged for bottled water. besides, the brand they offered was the same as a FOUR STAR hotel nearby, and they gave out the water nonstop and fully complimentary!! DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE PRICE. 」

「Central air conditioning. A little stuffy and too noisy if we opened the window. The reception was friendly and communication was very perfect and timely. Unfortunately our last night was disrupted by a powercut due to the construction work that was being carried out outside of the building. 」

「首先这家酒店的名字几经更换了，酒店位于二楼（欧洲地区叫作一楼），酒店前台要从一个大门进入上二楼才见得到。你到了可以给酒店打电话。尽管如此，进入酒店房间，我们就喜爱上了她，非常高的天花板和宽敞的空间，房间里还有鲜花，化妆间，酒店为了表示歉意（因为名字换了没有及时通知我），还给我们送来小吃和白葡萄酒。还有就是它的位置极佳，距离米兰大教堂步行最多十分钟，出酒店大门右转直走到底然后再左转直走就到了，购物也方便啊。。。太喜欢了！」
