The property was well maintained, clean and cozy. Close by train station which was great . We only needed a closer supermarket to the facility otherwise everything was great. The place was calm, we are a family of 4. We will definitely come back again.

I had a very nice stay and I’m very grateful to Maureli for all her help. She welcomed me, explained everything, and was always available when I needed her. She also helped me arrange a taxi, which was very helpful since it can be difficult in Milan without an Italian phone number. The apartment is very clean, modern, and well equipped. The bed was especially comfortable with a firm mattress, which I really liked. Everything was fresh and clean, including the bed linen and towels. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare breakfast. The location is very convenient, close to Moscova metro station, with a great bakery nearby. There is some street noise, but with the windows closed it didn’t bother me. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would happily stay here again next time I’m in Milan!

Der Check-In mit Maurilia war super. Die Lage der Wohnung ist top. Wichtig für uns waren die Waschmaschine und der Trockner, da wir nur mit Rucksack gereist sind. In der Wohnung ist es sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für den Wohnraum würden wir noch eine gemütliche Lampe für den Abend empfehlen.

Great location, convenient washer and dryer, modern apartment. Sofabed very uncomfortable. Bedroom bed was good and private. Kitchen well equipped.

Very nice place, had a lot of resources needed inside, it was just a little uncomfortable that the contact person for the place met with us at the front and came with us up into the room and actually entered the room even though she had already sent us information about check in before.

Good prompt communication from the start. Staff who thankfully allowed us to leave cases in apartment before check in as we arrived at 11am. Good clean modern apartment with good amenities for the stay including a fully equipped kitchen and everything you need in the bathroom. TV only had Italian channels but you can use smart channels or screen share from your device. The bedroom has USB sockets installed either side of the bed. Area was within easy walking distance (we are walkers) to local shops and restaurants and Duomo square is about 20 minutes away but Moscova metro is a minute walk from the front gate. There's are a few supermarkets around the corner as well as restaurants for breakfast and dinner. Overall a decent stay here and would consider going back if we are in Milan again.

The hotel is very centrally located and comfortably designed, but the provision of almost single-use dish soap was insufficient, despite our 6-day stay. There's also a washing machine, but no detergent. Buying detergent for our limited time would have been ridiculous. Another issue is the air conditioning. However, the control panel is locked inside a box to prevent us from changing the temperature. I think forcing everyone to use the same temperature all the time is not only unethical but also absurd.

Modern clean apartment with comfortable bed. Pull out is well constructed and sufficient room for 2 pp. Great area…close to historical district but far enough that it’s not overrun with tourists. Great local restaurants and cafes. Right next to a metro stop.
