「In the pic looks lovely with petals on the bed when we asked about the petals we was told they were for a photo shoot also we asked for a safe for our valuables we was told there is no safe cos no one is coming there. The directions from town was very misleading it was miles from town the lady host was not helpful at all .she had the cheek to ask me for 160 dollars government' tax which i refused. 「I chose to stay at this hotel because of its convenience and accessibility to nearby attractions. While the property itself was nice, welcoming, and has a lot of potential, I expected a higher level of service. At one point during my stay, I was trying to receive service near the pool area, but no staff members were present. I reported this issue to the front desk. Additionally, I have never stayed at a resort that did not acknowledge a guest's birthday in some way. There was no card, note, or...
